A Special source revealed to ElDorar network that the suicide bomber in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul, Turkey, on Tuesday, is one of al-Serb neighborhood of Manbej east-countryside of Aleppo.
The source said that the suicide bomber named "Nabil Abdel Latif Fadli" He was born in 1988, and his mother was of Armenian descent had converted to Islam after her marriage to Nabil’s father, who had been living in Saudi Arabia.
The source added: that the bomber had worked three years ago with "Abu Bakr" battalion of the FSA for six months, and then joined Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement , and as “IS” militants took control of the Manbej city he swore allegiance to the organization to end up in a suicide operation within the Turkish city of Istanbul.
It is noteworthy that the bombing incident, today, claimed the lives of ten people, most of them German citizens, and injured other 15, according to the statement by the Turkish President, "Recep Tayyip Erdogan," the bomber carrying a Syrian nationality.

The Islamic State suicide bomber who killed 11 foreign tourists in the centre of Istanbul was a former Syrian rebel of part-Christian heritage who defected to the terror group two years ago, The Times has learnt.

Nabil Fadli, 28, was born in Saudi Arabia but moved to Damascus with his family when he was eight. The family later returned to their home village of Amarna, near the town of Manbij in Aleppo province and five miles from the Turkish border. His mother was a Syrian-Armenian Christian who converted to Islam when she married his father."
